CNS Conference III - Terms of participation


  • Eligible to participate: bachelors, masters, Ph.D. students and residents of all authorized Higher Educational Institutes.
  • Presentation form: Oral
  • Conference language: Georgian/English
  • Technical requirements for an abstract:
    • Language: Georgian or English
    • Abstract must be uploaded to the YSU members portal.
    • Abstract must contain maximum symbols (incl. white spaces) excluding a title and reference list.
    • Reference list must be cited in APA or MLA style.
    • Abstract can contain up to 3000 symbols. 
  • Uploading abstracts will not be possible after the deadline.

Presentation criteria:

  • The number of authors and co-authors must not exceed four(4). The number of supervisors must not exceed two(2).
  • Work must be presented only by one person.
  • Oral presentation should not exceed 10 minutes. Additional 5 minutes are provided for questions and discussion.
  • Presentation slide texts must be written in English.
  • The first slide must include an exact title of presentation;  authors’ and co-authors’ personal information (full names; higher educational institutes, departments and levels of education)  along with supervisors’ personal information (full names and affiliation details: university, department, academic degree, workplace). 
  • Authors’ and co-authors’ emails must be pointed on the last slide of the presentation. 

Participants must provide supervisors' contact information, which will be confirmed by the Conference Organizing Committee! 

Selection committee is allowed to make legal duplication of conference materials, without making any editorial changes (without consulting the participant).
